Guidelines to Authors:

• The paper length must not exceed SIX A4 size pages with 10 point font in standard IEEE conference format. 
• For publication in conference proceedings atleast one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference. 
• Only electronic submission in Portable Document Format (pdf) is acceptable. 
• Authors are requested to adhere to two column IEEE conference format for their manuscripts. 
• Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings

Registration Details:

• Faculty                                 : Rs. 750/-
• Student & Research Scholar : Rs. 500/-
• Industry Delegates                : Rs. 1000/-

Registration Includes:

• Registration fee includes conference kit, lunch and refreshment.
• Registration fee will be refunded for authors of selected papers along with sleeper class train fare by the shortest route (subject to production of train tickets in original).
• Number of participants will be limited to 30 on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Preference will be given for candidates presenting research papers.
• Accommodation for outstation candidates will be provided in the college hostel on a shared basis based on advance request.
